Horizon Cardinal Labels every 10 degrees

These SDB's were created so you can have the cardinal labels used to show direction you are looking plot at various altitudes.

To install:

  1. Download and unzip the files in this archive to the SDBs folder of TheSkyX's Application Support Files
  2. From TheSkyX, click the Database Manager command from the Input menu.
  3. Expand Sky Databases, then My Sky Databases and turn on the appropriate checkbox for this SDB.
  4. Once the downloaded file has been unzipped/extracted to the folder above it will appear in TheSkyX under Input>Database Manager>Sky Databases (SDBs)>My Sky Databases. To enable the SDB place a check here.

You probably only want to use one or two at most. Just enable any you want to check them.

NOTE: You will also most likely want to disable the default cardinal point plotting first. That is Display>Labels then under Comm Name Labels remove the check next to Horizon Cardinal Labels there if you prefer to use the 1 or 2 degree altitude versions that move the label higher. FYI.
