    Daniel R. Bisque

    A few years back, my three year old daughter, when talking about her “height-challenged” uncle, said:

    “Well, he's just a tiny little man.”

    Our family has since made sure that uncle Scott will never live this one down.

    Understandably, I couldn't help but chuckle when I came across The Space Daily and Sky & Telescope articles about the Kilogree Extremely Little Telescope (KELT) mounted on a Paramount ME discovering two more extasolar planets.

    Well, it's just a tiny little telescope!

    Glad you liked it!  Tiny?  Sure.  But we've got 2 discoveries submitted and more on the way.  Assuming I can solve the homing issues, we'll begin our 7th season of science observation in September.

    Our press releases got a lot of news coverage, but some outlets have been choosy about what they report.  More complete articles include:…/oddplanets.htm…/extremely-little-telescope…/kelt_north_little_telescope_could-91037

    There's a big photo of our Paramount ME (with an older lens) in the of the science20 article comments.

    Back on the science side, I do mention the Paramount ME in the hardware blurb of our first discovery paper.

    @Rob Siverd:

    Awesome, thanks for the expanded list of references about your exciting and productive project!
